When Weakness is Strength

“My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness. Therefore I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses, so that Christ’s power may rest on me. (2 Corinthians 12:9. NIV)

A woman in business makes things happen. You have goals, respond to crisis, work with all types of people, get involved with political activities, and learn to deal with power. You are a decision maker who gets the job done. You probably also have multiple roles to fulfill including wife, mother, daughter, sister, mentor, friend, cousin – and more.

Do you ever think you can do all of this on your own power? Don’t even try. Remember, your weaknesses are not your concern. Praise Christ for providing His power and strength to keep you going during the times when you are fully confident and others times when you feel weak. Let His power rest on you and marvel at the mighty works He will do through your business efforts.
